No cold CVs — just warm introductions that build careers. Refer someone you genuinely know. When they get hired, you earn 50% of the placement fee — paid directly to your bank.

The flow, end to end

    Recruiter posts a job

    Title, description, reward amount. Reward is denominated in INR by default. No upfront cost — you only pay the reward when you confirm a hire.

    Hirezimo generates a unique link per referrer

    Every referrer who wants to share that role gets their own link. Attribution is unambiguous: the referrer who owns the link a candidate submitted through wins.

    Referrer shares the link with someone they vouch for

    Could be a former colleague, a friend, a LinkedIn contact. The referrer doesn't submit on the candidate's behalf — they share the link, the candidate submits.

    Candidate submits their details

    Name, email, phone, LinkedIn, optional CV. The submission lands in the recruiter's pipeline immediately. The candidate gets a confirmation email.

    Duplicate check fires (90-day claim)

    Same candidate (matched by email or LinkedIn) for the same role within 90 days? The first referrer's claim is locked in. The second submission is rejected as a duplicate and never reaches the recruiter's pipeline. First-in-wins is enforced atomically — no race conditions, no disputes.

    Recruiter reviews and decides

    Approve, reject, or mark hired. Standard pipeline actions. No black box.

    Hire confirmed → reward splits 50/50

    50% to the referrer. 50% to Hirezimo. The referrer's payout is held for 120 days after the hire is confirmed, then processed automatically. Aligns with the standard candidate probation window — protects everyone if the placement doesn't stick.

Reward depends on the role. Recruiter sets it when posting. You see the exact number — and your 50% share — before you decide whether to share the link.

Phase 0 payouts are made by manual bank transfer (we collect your details on first payout). Stripe Connect for instant payouts is being added in Phase 1.

What this is not

  • Not a job board. Jobs are accessed through referral links, not public search. The whole model depends on someone vouching for you.
  • Not an ATS. Recruiters keep their existing pipeline. Hirezimo feeds candidates in.
  • Not a staffing agency. No employment relationship. We facilitate the introduction and validate the referral. That's it.
  • Not LinkedIn. We sit on top of existing networks; we're not trying to be one.

FAQ

What stops two referrers from submitting the same person?

The 90-day duplicate window. We match on candidate email and LinkedIn URL. The first submission locks in the claim for 90 days; any later submission of the same person is rejected and never reaches the recruiter. The second referrer gets a notification so they know not to keep trying.

What if the recruiter doesn't review within 7 days?

We send the recruiter a reminder at day 5. The 7-day window is a recruiter review SLA — submissions don't expire from the pipeline, and your 90-day duplicate claim keeps you safe regardless.

When do I get paid?

120 days after the hire is confirmed. Your payout is processed automatically on that date — no chasing, no follow-up needed. The 120-day window aligns with standard candidate probation periods so everyone is protected if the placement doesn't stick.
