Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hirezimo platform at www.hirezimo.com ("Hirezimo", "the Platform"), operated by Hirezimo Tech Private Limited (CIN: U72900HR2022PTC105909, registered at C 944, Sushant Lok, Phase-1, Vypar Kendra Market, Gurgaon, Haryana, 122001).

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Hirezimo is a peer-to-peer referral facilitation platform. We connect:

• Recruiters who post job openings with associated referral rewards
• Referrers who introduce candidates from their network

What Hirezimo is not:

• We are not a recruitment agency. We do not screen candidates, vouch for them, or guarantee fit.
• We are not an employer. We do not hire candidates or pay salaries.
• We are not party to the employment relationship between a recruiter and a hired candidate.
• We do not offer legal, tax, or career advice.

Hirezimo's role is limited to facilitating introductions, validating that the referral flow ran correctly, and processing the agreed reward split on confirmed hires.

To use the Platform you must register an account through our authentication provider (Clerk). You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@hirezimo.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4.1 Posting jobs. When you post a job, you confirm that:

• The role is genuine, the reward amount is accurate, and you have authority to make the offer
• The job complies with applicable employment and equal-opportunity laws in your jurisdiction
• You will review submitted candidates in good faith within a reasonable timeframe

4.2 Reward and payment.

• The total reward you set is what you owe on a confirmed hire
• The reward splits 50% to the referrer and 50% to Hirezimo (subject to applicable taxes). The split is fixed at the time of hire confirmation
• You confirm a hire by marking the candidate as HIRED in your pipeline. This is a binding instruction to disburse
• The referrer's payout is held for 120 days after hire confirmation, then processed automatically. This aligns with standard candidate probation periods
• You agree to honour the reward you set even if you later regret the amount

4.3 Duplicate-check window.

• The first referrer to submit a candidate (matched by email or LinkedIn URL) wins the attribution and that claim lasts for 90 days
• Subsequent referrals of the same candidate within that 90-day window are rejected as DUPLICATE and are not eligible for the reward
• You agree this rule is final and not subject to dispute by the duplicate referrers

4.4 Disputes. If a referred candidate is hired but you believe the introduction came from a different source, you must raise the dispute in writing to hello@hirezimo.com within 14 days of marking the candidate APPROVED. Disputes raised after this window or after marking HIRED will not be entertained except in cases of clear fraud.

5.1 Honest referrals. By submitting a candidate, you confirm that:

• The candidate is a real person you reasonably believe is suitable for the role
• You have informed the candidate before submitting their details (or the candidate has chosen to apply themselves through the referral link)
• You are not submitting yourself, family members, or employees of Hirezimo Tech Private Limited or its founders

5.2 Reward eligibility.

• You are eligible for 50% of the reward only when (a) you were the first referrer of that candidate within the 90-day duplicate window, AND (b) the recruiter marks the candidate as HIRED, AND (c) the candidate completes the 120-day post-hire holding period without the placement being voided
• Hirezimo is not liable if a recruiter delays or fails to mark a hire
• Rewards are paid in INR by default, or in another currency if the recruiter specifies one when posting the role

5.3 Tax. Referral rewards may be taxable income. You are responsible for declaring and paying applicable tax. Hirezimo may withhold TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) where required by Indian law and provide the appropriate certificate.

5.4 Conduct. You agree not to:

• Submit fake or fabricated candidates
• Spam-submit (mass-submit candidates without genuine fit)
• Coordinate with other referrers to game the duplicate window
• Submit candidates without their knowledge or consent
• Use Hirezimo for any activity that violates applicable law

Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of pending rewards, and legal action where appropriate.

People who submit their details through a referral link are not required to register an account. By submitting they consent to their details being shared with the specific recruiter who posted the role. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Hirezimo, the Hirezimo brand, and the Platform's code and content are the property of Hirezimo Tech Private Limited. Job posts you submit remain your property; you grant Hirezimo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display them on the Platform for the purpose of facilitating referrals.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Hirezimo and its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:

• The conduct, performance, or suitability of any candidate, recruiter, or referrer
• Loss of profits, business opportunity, or goodwill
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Hirezimo's total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with these Terms is limited to the total fees paid to (or payable by) Hirezimo in connection with the specific job or hire that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or willful misconduct.

You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@hirezimo.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, are using the Platform fraudulently, or if we are required to by law. We will notify you in writing where possible.

Pending referral rewards remain payable to you on closure unless you breached the honest-referrer terms (Section 5).

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
